Every month, housekeeping managers across Japan spend a Friday rebuilding payroll in Excel from paper logs. We built KireiOps to make that Friday a normal Friday.

The problem we're solving.

Japanese business hotels run on housekeeping contractors. 30–80 staff per property, paid per room, tracked on paper. At the end of the month, a manager takes 8–10 hours to manually calculate pay from hand-written logs.

That's the part we automated. But once we digitized the logs, we could also digitize inspections, tasks, keys, attendance, and everything else that used to live on whiteboards and in WhatsApp groups.
